Working in a highly collaborative environment, each Property Reserve team member has the chance to contribute meaningfully and frequently to the company culture.

A lifestyle that pays dividends

Property Reserve is headquartered in downtown Salt Lake City, a locale with a unique blend of world-class outdoor recreation, a thriving culture & arts scene, and diverse housing options with convenient commutes.

“I love the variety and depth of real estate experience here. Every day is exciting!”

Emily’s career with Property Reserve began while completing her Master of Real Estate Development degree, starting as an intern and growing into analyst and project manager roles.

Now with a broad perspective on market research, land planning, and various property sectors, Emily is an asset manager and an uplifting influence in the company culture.

“It’s the ideal work environment,” Emily says. “I’m actively involved in the entire real estate process and get to work with people who value honesty and collaboration.”

“It’s a great place to learn both real estate investing and management skills.”

When Michael joined Property Reserve, he had been working as a real estate professional for several years.

His new roles expanded upon those experiences, working as an onsite property manager, then a development project manager, and leading to a position as an asset manager.

Today, Michael works as a portfolio manager overseeing properties across the country. “I wanted insight into operations and to build leadership skills,” says Michael. “I’ve learned all that and more during my time here.”

“The collaboration between teams allows me to learn and experience more.”

Madison Allen, Analyst

As an undergraduate intern with Property Reserve, Madison was involved in a wide variety of projects: market research, capital improvements, and property management relationships for multi-family, industrial, office, and hotel assets.

After graduating, she accepted a full-time position as an analyst on the Asset Management team.

“I love the wide range of real estate experiences,” says Madison, “and that I work with people who are kind and have integrity. It makes for a positive environment that I can trust.”

“It’s been a paradigm shift to take the long view when developing land.”

Benson’s role as Development Portfolio Manager includes the oversight of entitlements, approvals, engineering and construction—a uniquely in-depth exposure to a breadth of property development considerations.

Though above all, Benson values the long-term perspective that shapes the investment strategy at Property Reserve.

“It’s a viewpoint I’ve never seen in land development,” he says. “To plan projects that we can be proud of in ten years or in one hundred years—it’s a very rewarding way to work.”

“Working at Property Reserve has been a life-changing experience.”

Lynette Asay, Executive Assistant

In 2017, Lynette accepted an executive assistant position, impressed by the company’s unwavering commitment to employees.

“As a single parent, the supportive environment here helps me find harmony between my personal and professional life,” says Lynette. “I work closely with some of the most inspiring professionals in the industry, and their trust and encouragement has been invaluable in shaping my career.”

“Everyone works together to prioritize our shared goals. There’s no competition.”

Spencer joined Property Reserve after working in real estate private equity, a decision he credits for deepening his industry expertise and expanding his professional network.

“My previous experiences have been more specialized, but my role at Property Reserve helps me better understand different asset classes and partners,” says Spencer.

“And I’ve been pleasantly surprised how well each team works together. There’s a willingness to collaborate and focus on what’s best for the organization.”

Company leadership

Property Reserve is led by a broad team of seasoned professionals in real estate investment, applying their expertise and talents to advance the mission of the Church.
