EMILY MEYER, PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Emily’s career with Property Reserve began while completing her Master of Real Estate Development degree, starting as an intern and growing into analyst and project manager roles.
Now with a broad perspective on market research, land planning, and various property sectors, Emily is an asset manager and an uplifting influence in the company culture.
“It’s the ideal work environment,” Emily says. “I’m actively involved in the entire real estate process and get to work with people who value honesty and collaboration.”
“It’s a great place to learn both real estate investing and management skills.”
MICHAEL WILLIAMS, PORTFOLIO MANAGER
When Michael joined Property Reserve, he had been working as a real estate professional for several years.
His new roles expanded upon those experiences, working as an onsite property manager, then a development project manager, and leading to a position as an asset manager.
Today, Michael works as a portfolio manager overseeing properties across the country. “I wanted insight into operations and to build leadership skills,” says Michael. “I’ve learned all that and more during my time here.”
“The collaboration between teams allows me to learn and experience more.”
Madison Allen, Analyst
As an undergraduate intern with Property Reserve, Madison was involved in a wide variety of projects: market research, capital improvements, and property management relationships for multi-family, industrial, office, and hotel assets.
After graduating, she accepted a full-time position as an analyst on the Asset Management team.
“I love the wide range of real estate experiences,” says Madison, “and that I work with people who are kind and have integrity. It makes for a positive environment that I can trust.”
“It’s been a paradigm shift to take the long view when developing land.”
BENSON WHITNEY, DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Benson’s role as Development Portfolio Manager includes the oversight of entitlements, approvals, engineering and construction—a uniquely in-depth exposure to a breadth of property development considerations.
Though above all, Benson values the long-term perspective that shapes the investment strategy at Property Reserve.
“It’s a viewpoint I’ve never seen in land development,” he says. “To plan projects that we can be proud of in ten years or in one hundred years—it’s a very rewarding way to work.”
“Working at Property Reserve has been a life-changing experience.”
Lynette Asay, Executive Assistant
